  • Midday: Tour the royal apartments and museums, then have lunch in Gamla Stan.
  • Afternoon: Continue exploring the Old Town or cross to the city center for shopping.

  • Check which palace museums are open during your dates.
  • Arrive a bit early if you want a good spot to watch the Changing of the Guard.
